This page covers the OneSalesView website at onesalesview.com. It does not cover your studio's sales data inside the dashboard: that is covered by the Privacy Notice and Terms each studio receives at signup.

What this website collects

• No cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The page does not store anything in your browser.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, the page requested and the time), to run the site and keep it secure.
• The page loads one animation library (GSAP) from cdnjs, run by Cloudflare. Like any web request, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details. The fonts and images come from this website.
• The YouTube, Instagram and TikTok icons are plain links. Nothing loads from those sites unless you click one.

Booking and email

• "Book a walkthrough" and "Pick a time" open Calendly in a new tab. What you enter there goes to Calendly, under Calendly's privacy notice, and to us so we can hold the call.
• If you email us, we use your message and address to reply and to arrange the walkthrough. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Your studio's data

If your studio signs up, the Privacy Notice and Terms you receive explain how your sales data is handled. In short: you and the people you invite see it; at TradeStream only Nathan sees it, for setup and support; it is hosted in Sydney, Australia; we never sell it or show it to other studios; and if you leave, we remove our access within 7 days and delete your data within 90.
